The Hamilton Bankruptcy Court has announced that, effective March 2026, it will be scheduling two bankruptcy hearing dates each month.

We welcome this positive change, as it is expected to reduce wait times for bankrupts and allow matters to be addressed in a more timely and efficient manner.
