OAIRP Updates > 285 - Toronto Court Portal - Update on New Portal System
Dear OAIRP Members,
The new Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP, or “CTrack”) is up and running for Toronto court matters, though there are still some bug fixes and optimizations to work out. The court staff have asked OAIRP to remind LITs of their responsibility to ensure that all necessary materials are visible in Case Centre at least 2-3 days prior to their court date. This may require manual uploading while the systems are in transition.
Case Centre uploads – 2-3 days before hearing/motion:
- Notice of Hearing (received from the Court)
- Participant Sheet
- Case Information Sheet
Documents that should flow from OCPP but might be missing:
- Opening Documents
- Form 19 – certificate of appointment
- Blank Disposition Sheet
- TSR
- Draft Order
- Affidavit of Assets & Liabilities
- Affidavit of Sending
Again, it is the LIT's responsibility to ensure that all materials are in Case Centre 2-3 days before the court date. The court will adjourn matters where documents are not visible in Case Centre. Requests for urgent uploads will not be accommodated.
The new document workflow—scheduling, transferring documents, creating endorsements, and uploading and distributing orders—will continue to be refined as updates and fixes are implemented. The court appreciates the continued cooperation and patience of insolvency practitioners, including LITs and administrators, as updates are made to the OCPP filing system and processes.
Thank you for reinforcing this with your teams and supporting the court’s transition to the new portal system.
