The Toronto and Hamilton bankruptcy courts have accepted the attached form of disposition, which is currently in use in London and Ottawa. Please begin using this form effective immediately, and ensure the new form replaces the current version in your software systems.

Note that the new disposition sheet contains the following postscript:

Section 176 of the BIA continues to apply notwithstanding that (1) the application for discharge has been adjourned sine die; or (2) a conditional order of discharge has been granted; or (3) a conditional and suspended order of discharge has been granted.
