Seeking Volunteers for Toronto Exchange Panel Discussion

CAIRP is seeking the participation of two trustees and a lawyer to form a panel for the Toronto Exchange on September 8, 2025.

Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Mental health and Insolvency 
• Landlord and Tenant Bureau issues (e.g. evictions vs. stay of proceedings, consequences for the administration of undeclared rent arrears)  
• Equifax/TransUnion reports 
• Stay of proceedings enforcement for CRA garnishments with employers/banks
